Our Annual Service is $99 including GST

This price is per home not per alarm and is transferable on sale of the property to the new owner.
Our service fee provides for unlimited visits to the property within the 12 months. We will also attend the property at Change of Tenancy to replace batteries ( where replaceable)
Alarms are supplied and installed from $25 depending on the alarms required to comply with your states legislation.
We do NOT test batteries, we replace them regardless of when we visited the property last.
We replace all batteries in all alarms regardless of the amount of alarms at no extra charge.
